Ingreadient
1/2 cup cold brew coffee
3 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) Cognac (such as Courvoisier)
1 1/2 tablespoons (3/4 ounces) dark rum
2 teaspoons simple syrup
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 maraschino cherry, for garnish
Direction
Combine cold brew coffee, Cognac, rum, and simple syrup in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well chilled, about 15 seconds.
Strain cocktail into a rocks glass. Top with ice cream and maraschino cherry.
