Savory Egg Clouds

What would you say if you could have a little slice of heaven in under 10 minutes? Well these impressive Savory Egg Clouds are your ticket! Start your oven, break out a whisk and get ready for an impressive breakfast that’s sure to wow your family and guests.

Ingreadient

    • 2 large eggs
    • 2 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
    • 2 tbsp chives diced small
    • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
    • pinch of salt
    • fresh cracked black pepper

Direction

  1. Separate the yolk from as many egg whites as you are going to be making clouds. This is for 1 per person. Be sure to keep yolks separate.
  2. In a chilled bowl, using an electric mixer or whisk, beat the 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form. With a rubber spatula, fold in the crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, chives, salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon the whites into even piles on a parchment lined baking sheet and create a well in the center of each pile with the back of the spoon. Bake at 450°F for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and place a yolk in each well, bake for another 3 minutes at 450°F and serve.
